Mac, iPhone, or iPad — chargers only if they’re related to the issue. -
Have your login information ready
Apple ID and device passwords allow us to properly test, repair, or transfer data. Your privacy always comes first. -
Back up your data (if possible)
Use Time Machine, iCloud, or an external drive. If your device won’t power on, don’t worry — we’ll talk through options with you. -
Be ready to describe the issue
When it started, what you noticed, and any error messages are extremely helpful.
If you’re not sure about any of this, that’s okay — we’ll walk you through it in store.
