  • We specialize in out-of-warranty Apple devices, including:

    If you’re unsure whether we can help with a specific device or issue, just ask.

Repairs & Diagnostics

  • All repairs begin with diagnostics so we can properly identify the issue.

    • Diagnostics start at $89.97

    • Applied toward the repair if you proceed

    • You’ll receive a full quote before any work is done

    • Most services use flat-rate pricing, not hourly labor

    No work is performed without approval.

  • Repair time depends on the issue and parts availability.

    • Many common repairs are completed same day or within 1–2 business days

    • More complex repairs or data recovery may take longer

    We’ll give you an estimated timeline after diagnostics.

  • Yes — we assess water damage on a case-by-case basis.

    Water damage diagnostics help determine:

    • whether repair is possible

    • potential data recovery options

    • whether repair is cost-effective

    In some cases, we may advise against repair if it’s not in your best interest.

  • Your privacy is extremely important to us.

    We only access data when necessary to perform diagnostics or requested services, and we never view or share personal information unnecessarily.

Buying from Mac Outlet

  • Yes. Every device we sell is:

    • fully tested

    • cleaned

    • ready to use

    • includes a power adapter

    • backed by a 90-day warranty

  • Yes. All eligible devices include a 90-day warranty.

    Warranty details are explained clearly at purchase, and we’re always happy to answer questions about coverage.

  • At this time, all purchases are completed in-store only.

    Our website shows live inventory so you can see what’s available before visiting.

Selling or Trading In Devices

  • We typically buy:

    • Macs from 2019 or newer

    • iPhones and iPads in good working condition

    • Apple accessories

    Older models may still have value depending on condition.

  • Sometimes. Value depends on:

    • model

    • whether the device powers on

    • potential repair or parts value

    Bring it in and we’ll take a look.

    Final offers are made in-store after inspection. All machines must be unlocked.
